Position Overview:

As an Account Coordinator at Stamm Media, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive revenue growth by supporting the sales team and maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients. We provide our clients with unparalleled service while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Client Engagement: With our Account Team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the Account Team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing.
  3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and outbound outreach. Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns.
  4. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare detailed and customized quotes and proposals based on client requirements. Ensure accuracy and alignment with Stamm Media's pricing strategies.
  5. Order Processing: Facilitate the smooth transition from sales to production by managing order processing, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  6. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights for refining sales strategies and enhancing product offerings. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in inside sales or a related role preferred but not necessary. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
  • A passion for audiovisual production and technology. 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
