, ,Stamm Technologies is looking for a new Administrative Services Manager to join our growing team!
The Administrative Services Manager is the voice of our company. This position manages Client Service Requests in a way that will continue to make us the Ultimate Technology Resource in the area. We need someone who has a passion for customer service and is committed to building relationships with our clients. This person must be tenacious and resourceful, willing to do whatever they can to make the client happy. We place ourselves in our clients’ shoes and have a commitment to providing value over profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Leadership Team, including but not limited to detailed calendar management, expense report management, mail processing, and invitation coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, including attendee management, materials preparation, room set-up, and issue resolution.
- Assist with special projects, staff training, and other general office tasks as needed or assigned.
- Assist our Account Management team with quoting, inventory management and ordering products.
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices/resources.
- Ensure Conference Rooms, Snack Pantry, and Community Areas remain straight, clean, and stocked.
- Answering all incoming calls & emails for service requests.
- Putting our clients at ease when they call on us.
- Scheduling our team of engineers to client locations throughout the area.
- Placing follow-up calls to clients.
- Completing intake for new clients & maintaining updated client records.
- Entering & Tracking service requests through our ticketing system.
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years in an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Inside Sales role.
- A sense of “ownership” around managing and completing assigned tasks.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and transition from one to another quickly.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines and schedules.
- Commitment to quality and passion for client satisfaction.
- Excellent logic and problem-solving skills.
The position is full-time at our Downtown Milwaukee office.
